Southeast Asian Chickpeas Spinach

Asian Mushrooms With Herbal Potatoes
This dish is an excellent representation of the Asian cuisine with an European knowledge. Rosemary, thyme, coconut cream, olive oil, soy sauce and black pepper cook the fresh portobello mushrooms. Served with marinated tofu, homemade potatoes and raisin black rice.
Avokado Ekmeksiz Falafel Burger
An imaginative food display where avocado’s halves are used instead of bread to create a new concept of burger. A generous spread of hummus, oil-free falafel, cucumber, tomatoes are layered between the avocado. Served on the side with mini potatoes or salad. (Without bread)
